We lived in Orlando for 5 years and loved the people we met. I am still friends with them 30 years later. I love the quote, “You can only be my prince if the temple is your castle.” Most people come to Orlando to vacation at Disney, but the people who live there are amazingly strong in the gospel. Before the temple was built, they would regularly trek up to Atlanta for temple trips. It was a sacrifice, but someone was always willing to drive or babysit-whatever it took to help you get there. They were very faithful and were rewarded with their own temple which they cherish.
